Twisted Roots

A journey through the mosaic details of Barcelona with the Twisted Roots' SS18 Tessellation Collection,

a collaborative masterpiece by Yalda and her design partner Elaine Southwell both working at Twisted Roots.

Inspired by the city's architectural wonders & mesmerizing mosaic tiles, the duo intricately crafted patterns and details that brought the essence of Barcelona to life.

Beyond the design phase, Yalda took charge of managing the production flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from concept to creation. Her keen eye for detail ensured that each piece reflected the artistry inspired by the streets of Barcelona.

Once the Tessellation Collection was ready to meet the world, Yalda transitioned back to the sales floor, connecting with customers and sharing the story behind each crafted piece.
